Pathologies

Certain more extensive lesions that require a complex pre-operative assessment or particular medical constraints (cardiopathy, immunosuppression, anticoagulants that may not be ceased, severe diabetes, mental disability) or an immediate comprehensive reconstruction that may involve other medical specialties (ENT, plastic surgery, neurosurgery), will be performed under general anesthesia. It may be a same-day surgery or a surgery requiring a hospitalization.
